I hereby further confirm, declare, agree and undertake as follows:
- I am 18 years of age or older.
- That I am an Indian Citizen or resident duly authorized under relevant laws.
- That I shall present CNI, its Products and Entrepreneur Development Plan to potential Customers / Distributors in an honest and truthful manner and I shall not make any false or misleading representations in my enthusiasm to sell the Products or to recruit or sponsor potential distributors.
- CNI Pays commission only for selling Products and maintaining the minimum requirement for commission entitlement as outlined in the Entrepreneur Development Plan.
- As an independent Distributor, I will carry the Independent Distributor Card at the authorized outlet for purchasing CNI Products @ Discount Price (DP). I am aware that I need to carry a Photo ID card issued by the Competent Govt., Authority while selling the products to the Customers.
- As I am an Independent Distributor, I am not an employee of the Company.
- That I am an Independent contractor/businessman and not an agent of CNI and shall ensure due compliance with all applicable laws as a Customer / Distributor with CNI Enterprise (India) Pvt. Ltd. including without limitation obtaining all requisite registrations, licenses, etc as may be applicable to me from time to time. I shall not be empowered to bind CNI or to contract in the name of or create any obligation to be performed by CNI. I agree to indemnify/discharge CNI of any consequences arising due to my failure to do so.
- That I shall comply with all laws governing Direct Selling and which are in force or may be in force from time to time.
- That, not withstanding anything to the contrary contained elsewhere, my appointment as CNI Independent Distributor, shall be on terms and conditions set out in the Rules and Regulations of CNI, as may be amended by CNI from time to time.
- That my CNI Independent Distributor Membership may be revoked at any time if I fail to comply with the above conditions or the Rules and Regulations (including any amendments thereof) of CNI, CNI Code of ethics or Entrepreneur Development Plan.
- That If I change my address, it will be my responsibility to notify in writing to CNI. If I fail to do so, I accept the consequences of non receipt of any correspondences relating to my CNI business.
- That I am aware that as per Income Tax Act of India, I need to submit my PAN (Permanent Account Number) to CNI, and if I fail to do so, indemnify the Company of all the consequences thereof.
- I declare that I do not have any legal or criminal cases pending against me for resolution through a court case.
